Our Mission

Providing support in the use of C4FM across North West England and the UK and worldwide.

The home of Wires-X Room NWFG (44222) and Reflector YSF42222 (GB NWFG).

NWFG has a number of repeaters and gateways supporting a small network that provides North West Lancashire and South Cumbria with a C4FM service for local licensed radio amateurs. Our Wires-X room and YSF reflector provide worldwide access for licensed amateurs using internet-linked Fusion systems.

We also continue to support and promote C4FM as a mode alongside FM on WOTA and SOTA activations and chasing, and we actively promote simplex and internet-connected nets using C4FM.

We maintain and update a set of standard channels to help Lancastrian and South Cumbrian amateurs access locally available gateways and repeaters on both FM and C4FM across VHF and UHF.
